Keystone Steel Structures specializes in the design, supply, erection and finishing of pre-engineered metal buildings throughout South Central and South Eastern PA along with parts of Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey. Founded in 2001 by Elam King, the company began by focusing solely on steel building erection services. As customer needs grew, so did the company’s capabilities.

Today, Keystone Steel Structures offers complete pre-engineered metal building packages along with full-service general construction solutions. From the earliest stages of design and project planning to interior fit-outs and finishing details, our team is committed to delivering a seamless construction experience from start to finish.

I have been doing Pre-Engineered Buildings for 32+ years, of all manufacturers, components, configurations, and creations. Years back, even ran our own erection crews, so the quality of install is not lost on me as it's as much, if not more, important than the quality of the product received from the manufacturer. When I started subcontracting Pre-engineered Building installations, you can quickly weed out the unqualified, as it's more than steel erectors, and can be closer to carpentry talents in putting the whole building "System" together. Pre-engineered has not been heavily specified in the area of late, but currently have a number of projects on the boards. My last long term erection solution has passed, and have been searching and interviewing for new partners. After talking with those handling my projects, you can tell they speak the same language. In reviewing their website, they apparently have handled projects of various complexities, and not every erector can post pictures with straight roof and trim runs! I am looking forward to my first job with Keystone, and hopefully it will be the first of many to come!

In the past 25 years of construction I have not had a subcontractor perform in the manner which this crew (Levi King, Dominik Serrano, Daniel Blank, Benuel King, Ivan King, John King). During every phase of erecting the 120' x 90' x 40' steel building the conduct of these men was above and beyond perfection, worked safely, wearing all PPE, performed the work 30 days ahead of schedule, and ensured the quality of work was to the best of standards. I want to personally thank each and all individuals of this team.
