General Construction

Keystone Steel Structures offers General Construction services in South Central and South Eastern PA along with Parts of DE, MD and NJ.  We are dedicated to serving our customers with quality and integrity.  The process of knowing where to start first can be overwhelming.  At Keystone Steel Structures we make that first step an easy one.  From concept to creation, combined with the resources that are available to us, we will build on your ideas to create a quality metal building, that meets your everyday needs.

 

The first step is listening.  By identifying the needs of our customers, we will be better equipped to serve them successfully.

 

Asking questions is crucial.  Understanding exactly what our customer’s needs are, we will be able to take that idea, build on it and create the steel building that meets their needs.

 

Conceptual drawings.  This is where the ideas start to take shape.  We take your ideas and put them into a design.  By creating a visual aid, you will begin to see what the building will look like.

 

Forming a team.  Over the years, Keystone Steel Structures has formed lasting relationships that we can depend on.  The process continues with a professional design team.  This will include civil and structural engineers along with an architect.  In combination with these trades, we can successfully put together a steel building package in which to use for permitting and construction.

 

Permitting.  We are dedicated to walking along side our clients through the permit process.  This can be unfamiliar territory for some people, however Keystone Steel Structures will give guidance and clear communication, to make this process as smooth as possible.

 

Construction starts.  After receiving all the necessary permits, Keystone Steel Structures, along with all their trade professionals, will perform the work in a timely, professional manner.  Bi-weekly job meetings will be held on site with trade contractors and regular progress reports will be sent to the client.  Thus providing clear and effective communication throughout the entire project.

 

Construction ends.  Our dedication to you the customer does not end when the project is complete.  Keystone Steel Structures offers all our general construction customers a 5 year workmanship warranty.  We stand behind our product and strive for a satisfied customer.
